what is the main difference between classical yoga and modern yoga Mind Correct classical yoga is more about the mind and mind management modern yoga is more about about the body about Wellness okay I'm not saying one is better than the other it's just evolution of time that gold poost has shifted so classical yoga was largely about the mind mind management okay through the tools of yoga and modern yoga is largely above is body oriented it's more wellness fitness oriented okay and it is it is relative if you and I are in the modern world practicing a little bit of yoga we're looking at it with some health and wellness goals whereas an absolute Yogi would be looking at transcending the mind okay nice
