Transcript

low lunge alignment tips to help you do it correctly starting in a kneeling position keep your toes tucked to help with balance we're going to send our left leg forwards Bend into the front knee stacking your knee over your ankle but for low lunge you can actually exceed your ankles this is really great for ankle Mobility we want our hipbones to face forwards and we want to make sure that we're not sinking too low into one side so we want to draw the hip Bon in line with each other when it comes to your hands they can be at your heart center in prayer they can raise all the way up to the sky and you can look up or you can frame the front foot and just sink really deep into the pose and there we have it low lunge I really hope these breakdowns of poses are helpful for you guys there's another pose you would like me to do just let me know in the comments
