welcome to yoga pose of the week this week's yoga pose is utan prastin also known as lizard pose starting in tabletop position step one foot fors the outside of your hand option to shuffle the back leg a little bit further back for a deeper stretch and turn your front foot out at an angle so your toes are off the edge of the mat press your hips forward and down and this is your lizard lunge from here you can come down onto your elbows for a deeper stretch if your hips are tight you can come to the outer edge of your front foot and allow your knee to spay open or you can try placing blocks underneath your hands or elbows to bring the ground up to you
