let's see welcome back to yoga and you and this is Livia or freelance yoga instructor based in Chennai in this video I'm going to be demonstrating the lizard pose so the Zappos is going to be a great stretch for your leg muscles your groin flowing at highs or quads and basically your leg muscles so incorporating lizard pose into your yoga practice will definitely improve a lot of flexibility in your leg muscles and your hips so let's move on to posture now begin to come on to all fours and prepare yourself to downward dog so that you stretch your leg muscles before stepping onto the actual lissa posture so take your deep breath in down dog so once you already take your left foot and place it on the outer side of your left arm so which helps in creating a lot of room and opening in your groins and your hips so if you need to intensify the stretch even more pace your elbows down onto the mat and interlock your fingers and stay in this position for quite a good breath and once you are ready again straighten your arms and bring your leg back to downward facing dog and relax and Child's Pose you
