Steps

  • Begin by standing in Tadasana.
  • Exhale and lift your right leg off the floor, simultaneously bending forward. Place your palms on either side of the left foot, allowing the right leg to extend upwards based on the flexibility of your hips.
  • Hold the pose for 5 breaths, maintaining your balance and focusing on your breath.
  • Inhale, raise your torso back up, and bring the right leg down.
  • Repeat the same sequence with the left leg, maintaining the same alignment and balance.
  • Continue practicing and gradually increase the duration of the pose as you build strength and flexibility.
