He learned to breathe deeply, slowly in and out. With each breath his mind became calm like a leak and he learned about the pranayyama breath control. At sunset he heard nobody no noise only silence. Now turn your senses inward. Said the voice within. Close your eyes, forget the world, and feel your soul. He began to feel deep peace. At night, he lit a small lamp and he stared at the flame. His thoughts tried to run, but he gently brought them back again and again. This is Dharma. This is Dhana, he said. 1.8. ate focus. He learned about the dhana, the concentration. Soon focusing became effortless. He didn't try. He just was. His breath, thoughts and body disappeared in stillness. This is dana. The true meditation whispered the silence. Finally one morning on the peak of the mountain there was no arav no food no thoughts only bliss only light he had become one with everything.
