Tripod Headstand Prep Keep your palms directly under your shoulders & knees apart

Squeeze the elbows into the side of the body & start to drop the head down, touch the ground & lift back up

Tripod Headstand

Make a double or triple fold onto the yoga mat

Bring the crown of the head down to the cushioned part. Keep your palms on the ground, with the wrists & the elbows in a straight line & squeeze the palms into the ground

Tucking the toes, lift the hips & walk the toes towards the body

Place the knees onto the elbows & then lift the feet up. Lift the legs up, pointing them towards the ceiling.

To come down, first drop one leg, then the other & then stay down to relax the head
