Instructions

In this restorative yoga class we'll welcome our emotions instead of suppressing or resisting them with the hope of emotional healing through release. When we don't feel safe to show or experience our emotions they remain in our bodies and can lead to pain and dis-ease. By making time to relax and rest in restorative yoga with props, you can create a safe container to feel in order to heal. Our emotions are always changing. Allow "this too shall pass" to be your guidance as you navigate your way through difficult feelings. We'll practice four restorative yoga poses during this 20-minute yoga therapy class.
