if you want to keep your body healthy yes you everyone it doesn't matter what type of condition you have or how healthy you may feel if you want to keep your body healthy you must keep your lymphatic system flowing it's not our circulatory system it doesn't have a heart but these are the waste toxins our cells are given off so it gets through that lymphatic system so it can be excreted out of our body right above the clavicles right here is our thoracic duct if you take your fingers cross them and just massage these areas back and forth lightly little circular motions you're going to open up that thoracic duct to get that stagnation out all the lymphatics from our face our sinuses make its way here all the lymphatics in our lower body make its way back up in here this is where it all drains so spend just about 30 seconds or a minute of the day and stimulate these areas watch how your body feels make it a great day
