and notice now after you've brought awareness to the three areas of your body where do you feel the breath wanting to go or not and then ask yourself of those three area focuses which one was really easy for you to feel was it the chest was it the ribs was it the belly and which one was more challenging to feel and now we're going to do the full three-part breath and i'd like for you to place your hands on one of those three areas and i'd like for you to choose the area that was the most challenging for you for today it may not be the same every day so go ahead and place your hands whether that's chest whether that's rib whether that's low belly and let your hands rest almost like they weigh more almost their hands are slightly weighted like you have lead gloves on and then when you're ready please exhale all the breath out and as you exhale completely in particular that area where your hands are try to get empty inhale into the uppermost chest inhale down into the ribs inhale down into the lowest belly a full three-part breath exhale the belly drops exhale the ribs deflate exhale the chest all the breath out of the body
