[Music] this class is 20 minutes do 15 minutes of sascar and then we'll come down stretch a little our legs and rest okay so this is if you only have 20 minutes in the morning I always like to see the Sun and as much as we know that it means sun salutations it also means the Inner Light so let's connect people that are happy enough to be across from each other connect your heart light and I will connect my heart light to Your Heart Light in remembering that we are all one let's begin with the OM vibration three times inhale [Music] oh oh [Music] oh [Music] oh inhale rise up look up open your heart
