exhale the left hand down and the right hand down framing the foot press into the right hand allow that left heel to drop down feel that left hip starting to open up inhale lift the left arm up to the sky good A little bit of a spin of the heart up towards the sky bring the Gaze down towards the toes you're going to start to walk those right fingers forwards just about 12 in pop up onto that right leg lift that left leg up arach chandrasana a half moon pose keep the Gaze down towards the fingers and then see about if you can lift those right fingers up off of the mat maybe that right hand comes to heart center good keep expanding in all directions good inhale exhale that right hand down and the left hand down good and land that foot back behind you coming into your lunge good inhale exhale send that right leg back behind you coming into your three-legged dog exhale bend that knee touching that butt cheek if you want good and if you'd like you can drop that foot back coming into your Wild Thing lift the right arm up to the sky lift the hips good one more breath
