seated side Bend you're going to sit cross-legged on the floor you're going to place one hand on the floor to one side and take the other hand and bring it up and over your body as you're stretching breathing as you go you're going to come back to Center and do the opposite side you're going to put your palm and your forearm on the floor if you can nice and gentle moving side to side feeling a nice stretch in the side body and breathing nice and low
