Transcript

Next is the yoga pose Jathara Parivartanasana the reclined spinal twist. Now this pose reminds me of a crime
scene victim sprawled out on the ground. I did not have any chalk to draw an outline
so instead I used man's best friend: Duct Tape. I've used duct tape many times; I once
made a Halloween costume out of it. (a woman shrieks followed by a loud crashing
sound as she hits the floor) The trouble was removing it afterwards, but I discovered duct tape is a great way
to remove unwanted body hair and I didn't have to shave for months afterwards. Anyways, begin this one lying down on the ground... with your legs out in front of you. Your arms at your side. Raise your arms up in a snow angel manner to a Mr. T position. Inhale, feel that torso expand, and inhale your left leg up. Exhale it over to your right leg. Feel the
spinal twist, but leave your shoulders on the ground. Exhale your head to the left. Hold this
for a moment before returning looking up. Lift your left leg up with an inhalation, place it back down
with an exhalation, and bring your arms back to your side. Repeat this pose about 5 or 6 times alternating between
the regular and mirrored version of this pose.
