hi my name is anna margaret i'm going to be doing something called seal pose now we can just start in sphinx and take a few breaths here and you're more than welcome to stay in this pose if this is enough of a back bend if you want a little bit more in your lower back and tolerate it we'll turn our arms out a little bit and then slowly start to push up and straighten the elbows i like to keep my neck in line with the spine but if at any time you feel like you just need a little rest you can drop the head for a moment and then bring it back to center if your lower back is stronger then try and release the buttocks and the legs but if you feel like you need some support then by all means gently engage them you can stay here for three to five minutes or you can stay here and then slowly lower back to sink's pose for the rest of the time you
