How to
- Begin by lying flat on your back with your legs extended and arms resting by your sides.
- Gently walk your feet toward the right corner of your mat, keeping your hips grounded.
- Simultaneously, reach your arms overhead and slightly to the right, creating a gentle crescent moon shape with your body.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and allow your left arm to cross over your right if comfortable.
- If desired, cross your left ankle over your right to deepen the stretch on your left side.
- Maintain a soft, steady breath, allowing your body to relax deeper with each exhale.
- Gaze can be directed upwards or towards the ceiling, promoting a sense of relaxation.
- To exit, slowly walk your feet and arms back to the center, bringing your body back to a neutral position.
