How to
- Begin in Downward Facing Dog with hands shoulder-width apart and feet hip-width apart.
- Shift your weight onto your right hand and roll onto the outer edge of your right foot, stacking your left foot on top in a Side Plank position.
- Lift your hips high and step your left foot back, placing the toes on the floor behind you with the knee slightly bent.
- Open your chest towards the sky, letting your left arm extend overhead, palm facing down, fingers spreading wide.
- Engage your core and glutes to support your backbend, pressing firmly through your right hand and both feet.
- Keep your neck long and gaze towards your extended left fingertips or towards the sky, maintaining steady breath.
- To exit, engage your core and slowly bring your left hand back to the mat, returning to Downward Facing Dog.
