How to
- Begin by sitting with one side of your body against a wall.
- Gently lower your back to the floor and swing your legs up the wall, ensuring your sit bones are as close to the wall as is comfortable.
- Rest your arms at your sides with palms facing up, allowing your shoulders to relax and broaden.
- Keep your legs straight against the wall, and relax your feet, allowing them to gently fall open.
- Close your eyes and focus on your breath, taking slow and deep inhalations and exhalations.
- Maintain a soft gaze or close your eyes to enhance relaxation.
- Stay in this pose for 5-15 minutes, focusing on the rhythm of your breath.
- To exit, bend your knees and gently roll to one side, using your arms to push yourself up to a seated position.
