- Study the Gita, the eight limbs, and how the body works.
- Claim your teacher or studio page so students can find you.
- Train to teach, when that is the path you want.
- Give, so these rooms stay free.

Anyone who wants to practice. Beginners, teachers, and studios. You can start on your own, or you can look up a person and a place.
How gifts are used
Gifts keep the practice rooms, the library, and the directory free for the public. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. The IRS determination letter is on the legal page.
