here's one simple exercise to work your core the Deep abdominal muscle called the transverse abdominis this is what supports your core allows your back to stay strong supports your pelvic floor prevents back injuries this will help you stand up straight sit up straight all you're going to do is sit on the front of the chair you're going to reach up as high as you can Towards the Sky now I want you to lean your body forward about 20° far as you can like this reaching up to the sky and hold it now you'll start to feel those muscles contract hold it there up to 20 30 seconds you can come back relax and do it again I want you to do eight repetitions you're going to hold it 20 30 seconds you'll see within the first week tremendous changes and your bodies going to love you
