If I could zoom back in time and give 27 year old Liv a few words of wisdom from the future, these would be it! ☝🏼 I think many people who take the leap in becoming a yoga teacher do so somewhat blind, not entirely sure what it entails, what to expect, but doing so out of a pure love for the practice and wanting to share that with others! The journey is littered with speed bumps and hurdles, and a few craters in the road 😅😅 but what a beautiful job it is and one I feel so so lucky to be able to do, every single day 💕 To all the yoga teachers out there.
