I think many people who take the leap in becoming a yoga teacher do so somewhat blind, not entirely sure what it entails, what to expect, but doing so out of a pure love for the practice and wanting to share that with others!
The journey is littered with speed bumps and hurdles, and a few craters in the road 😅😅 but what a beautiful job it is and one I feel so so lucky to be able to do, every single day 💕

six things I wish I knew before I started yoga nothing significant happens when you nail an advanced pose life continues as normal you don't have to practice every pose if it doesn't agree with you skip it balancing isn't pointless You're Building total body strength question everything because the industry is full of misinformation the magic really is within the journey not the destination and don't dismiss meditation as not your thing it really is everyone's thing
