how to open your third eye in this video I'm going to show you exactly how to do it I'm going to walk you through a meditation opens your third eye in a way where you start attracting to you the things that you want in life and the things that are scary that you're afraid of that you might experience when you open your third eye your pineal gland you avoid them at all costs I'll show you people understand the power of opening and accessing your third eye it's life-changing but before I even jump into how to do that which I'm going to do in this video let's talk about why people don't access their third eye they don't even want to think about it it's because they're afraid it's a lot of programming I mean when people talk about third eye what do people think about you experience scary stuff ghosts or fear-based dark stuff right which can happen if you don't open your third eye and access it in the correct manner right if you're just trying to like play around and or maybe you don't even know how to use an accident then yes you may stumble onto that right but it's kind of like driving a car when you know where the safe areas to drive in in your city and the ones that kind of you know the ones to avoid then you can choose never to go there because you know the path so you know exactly where to take the car where to take left where to turn right we're never to go same thing with your third eye once you know that you don't have to be afraid because fear is not good when you mix fear and your third eye but let's talk about a flip side what happens when your third eye is open and you can access it and you can use it right Life Starts to happen for you all right instead of to you it's for you to where if you want to attract more abundance in your life you want to attract love you want to you know you want to attract purpose or peace of mind or just blessings what ends up happening is your third eye since it's open it can find the fastest way to get there instead of it being 10 steps 20 steps 100 steps literally can be one step and instead of it being decades it becomes days or or minutes it becomes quick right so there's a lot of benefits when it's on it's like you can be blindfolded walking into a Minefield right full of minds and you're it that could explode and you just know where to step and intuitively you would avoid anything and everything that will cause you unnecessarily suffering and pain in life and that's the same thing when your third eye is on you'll know who to avoid who's just gonna you know be bad and use and it's gonna cost you you know suffering and harm that's not going to be good for your soul you'll know how to avoida and friendships and in in partners and in loved ones wanting to you know if you're looking for love you'll know how you know the red signs because you'll feel it because your third eye will tell you whether it's you know you'll know it you or you'll you'll feel it emotionally you have a full body response you will be guided you will have that feedback mechanism on exactly how to do that right so third eye it's powerful if sum it up if you know how to turn it on if you know how to use it extremely powerful if you don't it can be scary and it can be really something that's very dark right so first off the way to turn it on just multiple ways right so one is this meditation that we're about to do right so right now just getting a relaxed you know space sit down maybe you're laying down get on a relaxed state calm relax the muscles in your body like you know and just be and focus on your breath right three seconds in inhale hold it for three exhale for three right and do that with me inhale for three hold it for three seconds exhale for three do it a few more times as I'm talking knowing that as you're breathing the pattern is of three sacred number that helps reach levels of consciousness that will help you tap into and unlock the power of your third eye so as you're breathing in and out follow the patterns of three and get your right hand and gently just massage your third eye is rubber around is a matter of it's clockwise or counterclockwise rub it right and while you're breathing still do that one of the things that you can do as well is once you've warmed it up is imagine a powerful purple light coming down from the heavens down down down have your right hand up with the fingers up and that purple light is coming filling the tip of your fingers with this purple light it's purple energy you can see it happening you can hear it happening for some of you guys you just think about it and you know it happens right so just fill it up and once it's full this the purple Divine Light is one that's for the highest good of all whether you believe in God Universe higher power this light is very powerful very Divine very sacred in terms of its used to one block anything that's blocked and when you have it go ahead and rub it here and as you're rubbing again you're setting the intention and say it I now release all the blocks they're preventing me from opening and accessing my third eye I am open to messages and signs from beings of love and light for the highest good of all I am open only beings of love and light I am open I am open I am open and when you're done back come back and join me here and do this if you can at least once a day in the morning or if you want to you can do it at night so morning and night time right and do this exercise and when you do this what I want you to look for because again like you know somebody who's going to be gradual as you do that some of you it's going to be intense right to where okay you're doing this and as you're doing this right you're automatically seeing synchronicities for some of you you might see auras around people you can just look at the silhouette around them you see a color for some your dreams may be more Vivid than normal for some of you it may be you're seeing signs and numbers everywhere you look two two two three three three four four four eleven eleven four five six you see it everywhere in your phone in a clock gas station license plates and that's the beginning of your third eye opening isn't always seem like it is in the movie Super third eye opens and you see something scary in front of you it's rarely the case right for the most part we're seeing science or you start tuning in more you know how people feel you know how they think you know how they operate like you know just what's going on even without them telling you so those are the beginning signs of the third eye opening and when it does happen just lean in it's a very very powerful thing that happens and when it and when it happens you know because your life is just never the same afterwards
