Transcript
passive flexibility active flexibility how well you know the difference passive flexibility you use the force of gravity or your body to pull yourself or to push yourself into a stretching position this is not active flexibility because I'm grabbing my leg and I'm pulling it toward my body this is still passive flexibility the moment I release my leg and I keep it up with the strength of my muscles then I use active flexibility so active flexibility is a stretching position I create with the strength of my muscles and not by pulling or pushing my body or with the force of gravity keep this in mind next time you stretch and you want to increase your passive or your active range of motion have a nice stretch
