Namastey yogi's! This is my yoga fundamental series where I am starting out with the Extended Child's Pose or Utthita Balasana. Balasana is a resting/neutral pose and the most useful one especially when you are doing the challenging poses or participating in a public class.

namaste Yogi's this soul right here is father and this is my yoga fundamental series where today we will be doing the thetable asana or the extended Child's Pose extended Child's Pose is a neutral or a resting pose which comes very handy when you are participating in a public class or when you are transitioning between the challenging poses so let's start from a tabletop position on your hands and knees now press on your palms and widen your knees a bit bring your big toes together adjust your palms bring them forward now slowly bring your hips on your heels try to create space between your shoulders and your ears on your inhale reach up stretch your fingers towards the top of your mat with exhalation ground yourself more by bringing your sit bones to your heels try to create a straight line from your crown of the head to the tailbone you can stay anywhere from 30 seconds to a few minutes in this resting pose I share this with liver is planning to start out the basics
