How to

  1. Begin by lying flat on your back with your legs extended and arms resting by your sides.
  2. Gently walk your feet toward the right corner of your mat, keeping your hips grounded.
  3. Simultaneously, reach your arms overhead and slightly to the right, creating a gentle crescent moon shape with your body.
  4. Keep your shoulders relaxed and allow your left arm to cross over your right if comfortable.
  5. If desired, cross your left ankle over your right to deepen the stretch on your left side.
  6. Maintain a soft, steady breath, allowing your body to relax deeper with each exhale.
  7. Gaze can be directed upwards or towards the ceiling, promoting a sense of relaxation.
  8. To exit, slowly walk your feet and arms back to the center, bringing your body back to a neutral position.
