Seated Easy Pose Twist

How to
- Begin seated in Sukhasana (Easy Pose) with legs crossed comfortably and spine upright.
- Inhale deeply, lengthening the spine upwards, and place your right hand on the floor behind you for support.
- Exhale and bring your left hand to the outside of your right knee.
- With each inhale, elongate the spine, and with each exhale, gently twist to the right, starting from the base of the spine.
- Keep your shoulders relaxed and gaze softly over your right shoulder, maintaining a gentle twist.
- Hold the pose for 5-10 deep breaths, keeping the spine long with every inhale.
- To release, inhale and gently untwist back to center, returning your gaze forward.
- Switch the cross of the legs and repeat the twist on the opposite side.
