Stand in Tadasana (Mountain Pose) with feet hip-width apart and arms by your sides.
Shift your weight onto your left foot, rooting it firmly into the ground, and engage your left thigh muscles to stabilize.
Inhale deeply, then exhale and bend your right knee, bringing it towards your chest. Reach your right arm inside your right thigh and clasp your right big toe with the first two fingers and thumb.
Firm your outer left hip inwards and engage your core to maintain balance. Straighten your right leg forward as much as you can without compromising your alignment.
Keep your left hand on your left hip for stability and ensure your left leg remains straight and strong.
Find a steady point at eye level to focus your gaze (drishti) for better balance.
Breathe steadily, maintaining the pose for 3-5 breaths. Keep the shoulders relaxed and the chest open.
To exit, release the right toe, bend the right knee, and gently lower your foot back to the ground, returning to Tadasana.
