How to

1. Begin on your hands and knees in a tabletop position, with hands directly under shoulders and knees under hips.
2. Spread your fingers wide for stability and ensure your knees are hip-width apart.
3. Inhale deeply as you prepare to move.
4. Exhale slowly and round your spine toward the ceiling, tucking your chin to your chest and drawing your belly button toward your spine.
5. Allow your gaze to naturally fall toward your navel as you fully engage your core.
6. Hold this position for a breath or two, maintaining steady, even breathing.
7. To exit, inhale and gently return to the neutral tabletop position, allowing your spine to lengthen.
8. Repeat the sequence for several breaths to maximize the benefits.
