How to
- Begin in a seated position on the floor with legs extended straight in front of you.

- Engage your core muscles and maintain a straight spine as you gradually widen the legs.
- Place your hands behind you on the floor for support, or use yoga blocks if you need additional height.
- Flex your feet and press through the heels, keeping the thighs engaged and active.
- Breathe deeply and evenly, focusing on lengthening the spine with each inhale.
- Use your breath to gently deepen the stretch, but avoid any pain or straining.
