How to use this
Print it, copy it, ignore the order, skip a day. This is not a challenge brand. It makes no health claims.
Day 1 — Notice. Look at one place where care already moves: a kitchen, a bus stop, a group chat. Write what you see. Do not score yourself.Day 2 — Ask consent. If you want to help someone, ask first. A no is a complete answer.Day 3 — Offer. Name one concrete offer. Keep it small enough to finish.Day 4 — Give. Do the thing. Stay inside the boundary you named.Day 5 — Rest. Service that never rests becomes extraction, including of yourself.Day 6 — Reflect. What felt clean? What felt like a performance? No points.Day 7 — Continue or stop. Choose one practice to keep, or none. Stopping is allowed.
Optional participation afterward: iGift.com . Optional reading: Sevā guide .
