Surya Yantrasana (Compass Pose) or Parivrtta Surya Yantrasana ( Twisted compass pose ) is made up of Sanskrit words - Surya meaning Sun, Yantra meaning Instrument, and Asana meaning Pose. It is also called Sundial Pose.
