foreign I would like to share that is called for keywords to be used in our day-to-day life to deal with all the different situations of life and people people who are around us the first one is the state of happiness the second key word that I told you is my three friendliness the third key word is the compassion and the fourth keyword is opaque cha kind of ignoring somebody so in our day-to-day interaction in life if we find somebody doing better than us we should never feel envious or jealous about that which is a normal tendency that we human being have we are negative we feel envious or jealous about people's growth and the happiness and the success we should not have that kind of a probability the tendency we should be rather having the mudita happy about somebody's success or somebody's happiness or somebody's growth the second key word is the methree if somebody is at par with our success our level in terms of all the material things or could be the internal things as well at same level then we should have the friendliness the math three and the third keyword that I said the compassion the karuna somebody is below us in some sense maybe in terms of status or money economically in terms of knowledge in terms of could be anything then in that case we must have the compassion karuna we should not degrade or make the person feel that your low or any there should not be any complex within us in that case we should have karuna in US compassion in US and we should strive to do something better in that person's life so that we can bring that person up to our level you know so we have to do that the compassion and the fourth key word is ignoring in some cases you would find you tried your best but the people who are around you is not up to that level then in that case after your trying for 100 times the person is not going to change then ignorance then ignore the person ignore that situation or maybe you can say you can come to a state that you do not get affected Equanimity you develop that economy within you and you do not get disturbed by that person so these are four basic keywords from patanjali yoga Sutra the first one do you remember second one second one mentally the third one I believe follow these four keywords thank you so much [Music]
