[Music] for me yoga teacher training was about um giving myself the opportunity to expand on my yoga practice and my yoga knowledge so if it's something they feel is important to them I would definitely say samyama is one of the best plays to do it because we have such a beautiful space but also a safe and authentic um yoga space in which to do it with teachers who are um so generous so good but also really truly knowledgeable in what they do um so I would definitely recommend them to go ahead if some if that's true to them and if it's something that they're looking for well this is like my first teacher training um but I've heard that that most teacher trainings They Don't Really teach you how to teach and um at samyama we if we actually like I think with every sing single class well every myth mythology class methodology methodology class we um taught each other how to teach and we taught each other how to sequ sequence and that's um it's actually really really hard to sequence but now that we know how to it's easier nice yeah so you feel that you've been prepared to yeah I feel prepared to teach got that well I have a coworker who's looking into it and he is very much on the fence um so I just kind of um relate my experience to him um it's wonderful for deepening your own practice um yeah just really my experience to good um the the one thing I do want to point out is um you know I love yoga and I really don't intend to teach yoga but I love it so much I want other people to love it also and I think that's what the teacher training helped me it helped me me kind of reach out to other people and share my love of yoga so that then they can come into it as well I would say take it if you know one of the teachers here um if you know and like one of the teachers here if you find one of them has a style that you would like to follow that you would like to emulate then you should definitely take it um take it for the people don't take it for or what they're teaching in the program or the studio itself it's really comes down to the teachers they're supposed to be your gurus so that's most important I would say for for people who would like to take the teacher training I would say I would recommend uh of course some yamama teacher training because as I told I find every teacher in this place Place powerful in many aspects and they very different very powerful and one thing that they all have it's this passion about what they doing this experience this um knowledge that they share and it goes from the heart it's very everything is very professional which I also really appreciate and um it's just something that that you need to try because if you just go to one class in this studio you understand what you what I'm talking about like you feel this um teacher present and presence and you understand that yeah this is a professional this is a great person they care about about people they care about what they doing and yeah this passion and love that they have just inspire you to to take this course to take this course because even if you don't want to be a teacher it can it can be very big progress as a practitioner to dive deeper in all aspects like philos phos ophy or Anatomy or even ASA practice like to dive in deeper in all these aspects it helps a lot so I I feel how I Grew From that [Music] course
