what does yoga mean if we look at the meaning of the word yoga it has its root in Sanskrit language and looking at the root word in Sanskrit it would mean something like Union to unite to yoke to unify we can of course interpret this in different ways and people do have their own interpretations the way I see it is it's a union of the Mind the breath and the body but you might have your own interpretation and I would love to hear how you interpret the word yoga please leave your version in the comments below
