Press your elbows against the wall. Lean your chest against it. This helps prevent sloping shoulders, hunchback, and neck hump. Lift bottles alternately 100 times each day. This helps prevent a back hump. Place a bottle behind your neck. Open and close your arms 100 times. This helps reduce arm fat.
