hi friends AA here again so another video video about finding balance this time we're going to try to find balance quite literally through the feet and I would like you to for this short practice to stand up and bring your feet parallel to one another spread your toes and relax your shoulders and then close your eyes for a moment and just see how your body gently moves some of us will move back and forward others will move side from side and then we're going to bring ourselves to Stillness pressing your feet firmly to the ground pressing especially your big toe Mount your big tone mount to the floor so if you ever here relax your toes this time don't relax your toes because they do need to find the contact with with the ground press through the big toe mount to the floor your pinky toe side to the floor and your heel lift through the crown of your head and then see if you can distribute that weight evenly between your heels and your toes and this is simple practice to bring yourself to tadasana your Mountain pose from where you can go further and find balance on one leg so let's just look at the well let's just choose your right leg my left one because I'm mirroring you spread your toes press your big to Mountain to the floor firmly press your heel to the floor and imagine you're drawing energy through the sole of your feet upwards to your pelvic floor now once you find that connection with the ground maybe lift your opposite leg and just see how you standing now your toes will work quite hard so don't relax them they are still not gripping but pushing down trying to help you stand still from here play with an idea lifting the leg up notice your weight is it on your heel on your toes how you're Distributing and balancing in quite literal meaning literal meaning of that word and relax your foot and we're going to change the sides so this time is your right foot my left one spread your toes let your attention be in your big toe Mount and press it down don't lock the knee push the foot down push the heel to the floor maybe even imagine that you want to turn your right leg to the right a little bit and then play with an idea lifting your opposite leg your left leg and just check how you standing on one leg leg are you balanced are the toes pressing evenly is your heel engaged is the crown reaching up high as much as your tailbone drawing down finding that balance through the your big toe Mount and enjoy it we have to start somewhere so don't Despair and go yes I have to go further with my balance we will find it stand on your leg when you can have fun
