[Music] find your balance and courage as you gracefully extend forward in Warrior 3 embodying the spirit of warrior in Battle V means hero or Warrior badra means friend Asana means pose or posture in Sanskrit so we badra ASA 3 translates to Warrior 3 pose in English let's begin with the pose we'll start with our right side first inhale Stand Tall with feet together and bring your hands to Your Heart Center find a focal point exhale start to fold forward extending your left leg back behind [Music] you inhale bring your torso and lifted leg into one straight line engaging your core for stability exhale point the toes of your left leg and maintain Focus to balance press firmly into the ground through all four corners of your standing foot inhale keep engaging your quad step while also squeezing your inner thighs together inhale and exhale stay in this position or if comfortable extend send your arms back behind you or for more challenge reach your arms forward hold Warrior three pose for several breaths maintaining stability and focus exhale to release the pose and return to a standing position remember to breathe deeply throughout the pose to enhance balance and concent [Music] ation now let's repeat the sequence to the left side following the same cues inhale Stand Tall with feet together and bring your hands to Your Heart Center find a focal point exhale start to fold forward extending your right leg back behind you inhale bring your torso and lifted leg into one straight line engaging your core for stability exhale point the toes of your right leg and maintain Focus to balance press firmly into the ground through all four corners of your standing left foot inhale keep engaging your qup while also squeezing your inner thighs together keep your hands on the hips or for more challenge you can take the hands behind you or for extra challenge take your hands [Music] forward hold the warrior three pose for several breaths maintaining stability and [Music] focus exhale to release the pose and return to a standing position remember to breathe deeply throughout the pose to enhance balance and concentration now let's see some of its modifications or variations [Music] bend the standing leg slightly to reduce the intensity and make the pose easier to balance instead of fully extending your back leg keep it bent and lift it to a comfortable height while focusing on maintaining balance on the standing leg you can use two yoga blocks and plac it in front of your standing leg rest both hands on the blocks instead of reaching them [Music] forward as we continue practicing this pose let's explore its benefits Warrior 3 pose it strengthens the legs ankles and core muscles enhancing stability and balance bance it cultivates Focus concentration and mental clarity as you find your Center in the pose it helps release stress and tension promoting a sense of calm and mental resilience thank you so much for joining me namaste
