Gentle Somatic Awareness Yoga: Sequence 2 - Yoga Video

This is the second of a series of somatic awareness yoga sequences we have posted. The practice is done lying on your back on the mat, finishing with deep stillness and relaxation. The sequence encourages you to become more sensitive to feeling sensations being continually generated by the body whilst using simple and accessible movements synchronised with the natural flow of the breath.
