Instructions

Let’s learn Balasana aka Shashankasana or Child’s Pose. The name comes from the fact that this pose resembles a child in a resting position. This pose is super easy but helps greatly in letting go of stress, worries, anxiety & fatigue.

⚠️ If you have slipped disc or knee injury then you should avoid doing this asana.
