here are some helpful tips to improve your Crow pose rest the backs of your knees just above your elbows if they're on the sides or further up the arms it's more likely they're going to slip and grip the mat with each fingertip so that you can really press and feel the floor use momentum to get into the pose and keep focusing on shifting your weight forwards into your hands
