Transcript

hello on the occasion of the International Day of yoga I want to talk about which is the gist the core the foundation the base of what we gonna practice in Europe nowadays and since some years we have been seeing a lot of Christians in all their shapes in all kinds of configurations but is this yoga let's see what the universe is think the yoga philosophy which is based on Patanjali yoga Sutra says that there are eight limbs of eight steps of yoga this is what we teach our populace : and we will keep on repeating it so the first thing is or how you behave towards others secondly is you know what you do for self-discipline third is asana or posture what we have been seeing and yet we get to the definition fourth is pranayam 5670 needs of the internal part pretty hard karna come in so much so let's start with the first what we don't do oh also how we behave with others first and foremost is non-violence if we want to cultivate a positive where we want our consciousness to cruise when we want to be mindful we have to start in peering around our said what we have been crowing and mostly it has been violent because we have been responding or reacting through the ego so being nonviolent is first principle then you have truth how true ourselves how much have we been added adulterated how much how we absorbed from the society from whatever we have seen and heard what is true self third is non stealing meaning if you're true to yourself you won't be ugly from outside don't forget this is the path to consciousness it is not the path to having personal success in any way we are not looking for success in this material world in force is non possessiveness if we continue to hold around and continue to make attachment to things people animals what are we surround ourselves how we'll be able to go deeper it is somehow we are linked to external world and we want to go to the internal world non possessiveness is a very important step sometimes people become possessive of the way they little is just also energy this is what we have and not hunger for more and more you have one girl why not be satisfied with one car the means of transport first second one third one it is austerity being austere doesn't mean that we have to give ourselves baby it means that we give the minimum to the body so that in and in so doing we don't go into excess of course it is related to contentment that was the third austerity and force is self-study self-study means giving ourself time for the self who are weapons and if we want to go deeper into consciousness to really have an experience show level we have to go through self-study nowadays we have access to many many profound and ancient teachings are accessible online so why not take opportunity the chance but we have to go deeper and in the fifth is the truth of surrender we have done what it takes and now we surrender meaning we have done the best and now we leave the rest it is very important because as you see stress burnout has become almost unknown and it is the next didn't I hope people cheer themselves towards a more peaceful life third is posture what is the definition of culture ask a stable and comfortable configuration of combination of the body so as to stay in the present with the least effort emerged into the in finite what do we mean by merging into things my night to be in dentistry in the present moment this moment when we intensive present in our posture we forget these questions just disappear but of course it should be stable comfortable done so you can compare now with the postures that you see and we can say how comfortable and stable that is and yes doing a headstand helps in concentration and helps in bringing the circulation of blood towards the head it is good for other therapy but as a therapy for persons who can do it it can be very dangerous people who have not been properly trained but the same effect can be achieved when we are doing meditation now the force that Poland is pranayam pranayam I am is expansion control karna is stress on life force translating technique but also press consciousness just see how we have moved from the outer sphere for from whatever is around us young coming towards us mium press consciousness and even going in the more softer we detached how the presence let me so if she was about pretty hard cuz I had to have a good control on ourselves because the Spencer's the fullest now it's the external world the sensors like the taste they put us towards fast food so if we have control on our taste sense we won't be pulled towards accessory and healthy eating and it happens slowly with practice the three low steps for name's carnage which can be translated as concentration of solute concentration meditation somewhat II which is the result of all these process and it doesn't stop there it is the start I hope that you will enjoy that respectfully is I have guided it in Mauritian Creole but it won't be difficult if you are intermediate level this is not for beginners for beginners take more instruction and going even again happy ending
