hello sir why do we only use right hand during the Nadi Shodan pranayam it's very simple that first right nostril stands for fire element Sun left is for Moon which is for stability for nourishment so here if you see my right hand this thumb stands for fire and this ring finger stand for stability the fire need to control the Sun the fire which is already fire if you go reverse left hand becomes opposite so this this is how this is one reason also the second reason is that when you start with right side it means you start with the Shiva side more conscious side so this is how you need to perform this
