do you arch your back in poses where the focus is on having a neutral spine if so then practice this instead of flaring the ribs out as soon as you reach the arms up draw the lower ribs towards the hips to help prevent that from happening and slightly tuck your tailbone to lengthen the lower back it looks like this in different poses but it's a great little technique to do to improve your alignment
