Symptoms of Blocked Chakras

hey guys welcome back I know you're thinking and my moonlighting did I just come home from my kids birthday party the answer is yes because I have to make a living no I'm kidding these are your chakras I my husband was going to do body paint but then it kind of turned into something else so I decided to steal some of my kids construction paper so today we're just going to learn about what the different chakras do so that way it'll give you a better understanding so that way it will help you become more powerful in your life [Music] [Applause] guys it's a crown chakra what's going on up there I might have glued it in I might have used staples I really like the crown chakra I never went to Disney as a kid so chakras are important and chakras allowed me to understand how my physical self was interacting with the spiritual realm and as my understanding grew I began to see how I was being affected I was being affected physically by all this energy that we come into contact with so remember chakras can become blocked from emotional upsets stress fear anxiety and even belief systems so I started kind of studying it more and I gathered these set of tools to help me keep my together especially around my kids I needed something I needed guidance right so we're gonna talk about each chakra and we're gonna define them from the bottom up so that way we can get more aware of how they're affecting you in your life and then how together we can get them working you start with your root chakra it's at the base of your spine it's also known as the land to my brazilian wax this chakra grounds you to the mother earth it holds your needs for survival it helps you to kick ass watch Shh so what my brain chakra is connected I feel grounded I feel secure I feel really good I feel very present but when this chakra is in a hot mess that's when I start to get confused I can't really see things I almost feel like a horse you know without the blind like the blinders on it you can't really see anything I will start overeating it's just like I can't get enough food it's it's like I feel empty inside so I'm eating eating eating and another big one which I was surprised to hear but it's kind of crazy but your root chakra is also related to you making money so when my root chakra is not working it's really difficult for me to make so that's why it's important for me to clean that area it's almost like one of those red lights in Vegas that goes off like Bing Bing Bing Bing Bing Bing when that shot goes working change is coming through yeah like dollar bills coming out of my vagina next is the sacral chakra and it's just below your belly button hopefully ladies it's nowhere close to your landing strip and if it is shave that down nobody wants hair coming out of the top of your bikini that's the 80s or 70s I love this chakra this is where sensuality creativity and manifestation they're all living together in this beautiful chakra this chakra get done unfortunately when this chakras blocked I will wake up and I usually feel really stiff in my hips or my lower back is hurting and I know it's not from a night of great sex because that's the other side effect which totally sucks you have no sexual energy nada I used to blame my kids and my husband I had no idea I could be blaming my sacral chakra I feel overly emotional I feel very distrustful I thought that was just being Italian but apparently that's a clogged sacral chakra so if you're not feeling sexual if you're not feeling creative if you're having a really hard time manifesting your dreams it probably has to do with your sacral chakra being blocked we're gonna follow that up with the solar plexus chakra this chakra it's between my belly button and right where my nipples used to hit after I breastfed two kids right about here thank you dr. Schwartz actually my husband thanks you the people at the pool thank you this chakra it holds our willpower my self-confidence elements of our personality and the solar plexus chakra it helps me to understand Who I am it's a beautiful thing unfortunately when the chakra gets clogged I start to get really pressed and I feel disconnected from my desires I don't know who I am anymore I don't know what I want anymore it's not fun even my kids don't want to hang out with me well maybe a little fun next my other favorite is the heart chakra the third boob is I like to call it nestled right there in the middle of heaven and this chakra it helps us to love ourselves when this chakras running perfectly love is all around I'm giving love I'm receiving love and it's just flowing beautifully again unfortunately when it's closed or I'm blocking it I feel like I'm repelling anything that's good for me away it's like when you're at a party and you kind of just want to sit in the corner and you're not trying to be social and you don't want anybody around you those are the times where I'm very aware that my heart chakra is closed and I'll take a second and try to open it up a little bit and then get on that dance floor and just start letting it flow and open up again and it feels so good the throat chakra it's where you wanna just uh this one is super important for communication and not singing poorly like I am doing right now it's where you express yourself your creativity again and through active listening and being present in the moment this chakra it helps you to communicate with those who have passed helps you to communicate with your guides your angels whatever you want to call them when this chakra is open you could text them you could call them you have a direct connection to the other side if the chakra gets blocked or is clogged I really find it hard to be truthful with myself I find it really hard to express my opinions I get like almost like a choking feeling which is not like those fun kind in bed like trying to eat three meatballs at once and someone's about to go for the fourth one and you shove that one really fast in your mouth and you can't breathe the third eye some people say it's between your eyebrows but I say it's right here in the center of your brain you I spent way too much money getting rid of my unibrow your third eye that's where my intuition my psychic powers all live when when my third eye is working that's where you feel like magical you feel like a wizard that's where we become our mystical selves we're connected to our clairvoyance telepathy I have a strong sense of intuition it's just so good but when my third eye is blocked I really feel alone and I start to doubt the presence of my guides or my angels and I hate it's not fun it's not fun I'm I don't have my magic wand anymore feels like that I lost my magic wand finally we have the crown chakra it's located at the top of my head I want you to imagine a golden globe or an Emmy congratulations comment the crown chakra this is my frequency of divine consciousness when I'm connected to this chakra I feel like anything is possible anything why because when you're connected to the realm of this universal knowledge and this truth everything flows perfectly you're in sync when I'm not able to complete my creative ideas or I start to lose focus in the material world that's what I know that my crown chakra it may be out of balance listen I know I know this all sounds a little intense but I promise you guys this works the important thing to remember is you not only have to focus on your higher mystical chakras your heart your throat your third eye and your crown chakra you also have to devote time to your lower survival chakras your root chakra your sacral and your solar plex giving all of this attention and intention to your chakras it's really going to raise your frequency and then you're going to be able to manifest your desires and you're going to be able to live a healthier life I know that was a lot of information and I know we've just feel like we need two bowls of pasta and antipasto maybe dessert and an expresso I know it's a lot but we're gonna break down each chakra and then I'm gonna give you the tools for how to open them up in the next coming episodes if you want to jump ahead and read some great books about chakras
