hi my name is martina coogan and i am a spiritual guide a healer a coach and founder of the advanced spiritual institute and i'm excited that you found this series and today we're going to talk about the third eye chakra now the third eye chakra is located above your physical eyes in your forehead and it opens out in front and behind and this is the chakra that holds the ability for us to open and work with our psychic abilities and our intuition it gives us the ability to perceive and to sense first to know what our inner thoughts are our inner feeling our inner tuition that good feeling this all comes from our third eye now when we make decisions we want to always use our logical mind but we also want to use our intuition and our third eye because when we're making that decision whether it's to take a job to look for a new job to go on a date to marry this person to move to another country we want to make sure that it's right for me and sometimes our logical mind can trick us but when we are in tune with our intuition our inner self we always make the right decision for us so it's really important that this chakra is open and that we are connected to it that we have no blocks we have no damage or we don't have it down here we're not listening to ourselves at all and we're listening to society to family to colleagues to peer pressure so if you'd like to know more or if you have any questions put your information in the link below you are most welcome to i'm going to do some more videos in this series and the next one is the throat chakra i look forward to working with you
