hello and welcome to stay and yoga with me Karine today I'm going to guide you through a warrior 3 it is a balancing posture so you might want to hold on to something something that's about as high as your hand or your waist is perfect perhaps a kitchen counter so when you're ready let's Stand Tall take a deep breath in and a slow breath out letting the shoulders relax we bring a Bend into the left leg and let's take a little step back here about a step back so the feet are one or two feet away from each other we can let the arms relax by our sides or you might want to hold on to your hips holding on to your hips does make you feel like you are more focused more in control of the body from here let's start to transfer our weight to the front foot you'll slowly come on to the back toes from here you can stay here this is a warrior 3 you might want to kick the foot up that little bit higher so you are balancing on one leg and as you start to lift the leg up you'll find that your front body slowly comes forward here you can relax the arms out by your sides airoplane hands Embrace every wobble every stumble take a breath in and a breath out to relax well done repeat as often as you like have fun with it have a play around and enjoy your balancing postures thank you namaste
