the other playlist that i have which includes asanas meditation full yoga classes go check it out okay so today we're looking at the yoga mats i sell in my online shop and um let's start the first one i have here is uh your cork 100 cork natural 100 rubber yoga mat okay so you must just make sure they also sell a 100 cork yoga mats but then the back is not 100 rubber it's usually a type of plastic or something and those mats are usually a lot cheaper okay this is all biodegradable all of it is natural okay even the process that they use to harvest the cork is sustainable okay so these are available um the cork yoga mats and um this is my own so it's a little bit being used it's not a new one here's a new one still in the packaging so i don't want to open it to keep the integrity of the sealed packaging this is how they look when you receive them with all the instructions on it echo yoga mat 100 cork recyclable biodegradable free of harmful toxins eco-friendly amazing traction this mat weighs 2.3 kilograms and the size for this one is 183 centimeters by 61 centimeters by 4.2 millimeters thick okay and it is vegan friendly so um it also gives you the care instructions on here it's also on my website so everything you need to know about your mac is on the label okay so i use this one to travel with because it's narrow which makes it lighter than the other mats and it's easier to pack into my bag okay now what i love about the cork is it's got an antibacterial effects so if you sweat it doesn't sting quickly and it cleans easily and what i also love about this mat is wings i don't know about you guys but i sweat my hands sweat and my feet sweat and a normal cheap yoga mess i keep sliding now with the yoga mat like this the cork one it's got an anti-slip so the more you sweat the more it grips it literally you cannot move your hands grip and what i like about this if you don't sweat you've got the slide so sometimes i like to drag my foot back or maybe if i move around and i like it or i when i bring my knee from down dog to its pigeon i like to slide on the mat so this mat gives me that it gives me this sliding but it also gives me the sticking if i need to be stuck really love this mac [Music] okay so this is the cork one then we have [Music] the microfiber mats these are beautiful i'll show you i hope you can see there are you can go on the website and you'll see a better picture they are absolutely beautiful they have these gorgeous designs on this is a green one that i've opened um there are others there's this blue uh and it's got a mandala effect on it you'll see this and there's a greenish one light greenish one they are absolutely beautiful so this one is open i'm not going to open all the designs and they are wider than your standard mat so and they are soft this this microfiber on the top feels like velvet but it's not velvet it's so soft and it's got the same effect the more you sweat it grips if you don't sweat it's glides these are fantastic i feel fantastic on this mat when you line them they're so soft and so beautiful but they are wider so because they are wider and they also have the natural 100 natural rubber source from rubber trees okay so let's read the instructions instructions i'll try and make this video as short as possible so again recyclable free of harmonic toxins the same as the other one the size of this one is 183 centimeters those three the same size and by 61 centimeters that's the width and it's 4.2 millimeter thick excuse me my nose edge and the weight is 3.2 kilograms so you can see it's a bit heavier than the cork mat [Music] also vegan friendly and again the the washing instructions are on here the caring instructions never soak any of these mats in water never put any of these mats in your washing machine follow the instructions okay so they are fantastic a little bit heavier you're gonna need a wider yoga bag they won't fit into your standard yoga bag [Music] this is the microfiber mats and now we have the pu [Music] alignment yoga mats looking like this this is the purple it's got a beautiful lotus in the [Music] middle so this mat is for people who wants to make sure that they feed a cert line if you are really obsessed with alignment i suppose this meant these lines they've printed on here laser printed would help you to place your feet but personally for me i don't use the lines on the mat i think you must follow your body you must feel your body and listen to your body and place your hands and feet obviously protect your body make sure you don't hurt your knees and things there are certain guidelines but you must still go according to your body and not some some sort of lines on a mat so each to its own it might work for you so this mat you can if your hands and feet are very very dry it slides but otherwise it sticks for me my hands and feet sticks so if you like something that's slide you want to drag your foot or something this is not going to work you will you cannot slide on this mat it sticks if you like to be stuck with your feet your toes your knee this thing is not going to go anywhere so this is the pu mat let's read the instructions here on this one with the packaging [Music] um [Music] so also made with the 100 uh rubber at the back not your fake rubber 100 source all the same eco-friendly anti-slip surface free of harmful toxins the size is 183 centimeters by 68 centimeters by five millimeters thick so this one is a little bit thicker which makes it a bit heavier this one is three kilograms okay and this one is extra wide so those of you who want an extra wide cleaning instructions are on yam it's fully recyclable the pure lay on the top is also recyclable so we have them in blue and green and just see the website for all the colors okay so this is the pu mat the alignment mat so if you want to slide i would not recommend this way otherwise this is a great mat if you don't want to slide and it's got the alignment on the mat so personally i will use any of these mats i like i said i use the cork one for travel because it's smaller i love using this at home and what i also love about these mats yes they are a little bit heavier than a normal [Music] plastic yoga mat but you know when you throw a yoga mat out on the floor then usually we just move back usually it curls up it doesn't either because you roll it up it tends to keep curling up here or curling this way and the more you're trying to flatten it it just keeps on curling up and it's extremely frustrating with these mats when you put it down it's flat it's flat it's fantastic you don't have to put something on it to keep it flat it's flat so even though you roll it up once you roll it onto the floor it stays flat and the other thing that i love about all of these mats are that the lighter yoga mats i've had lighter ones also biodegradable they're very light is when i move on the mat if i'm on a carpet or tiles or wooden floor the actual the mat moves even though i'm not stepping off the map the map moves because it's so light with these they don't move once you've put them down they are there where they are so considering everything that only negative thing about all these mats are is the weight they're a little bit heavy but the heaviness is good when you put it down it doesn't move it doesn't flow around so if you might want to to climb a mountain to do yoga at the top of the mountain then i would not suggest one of these but otherwise they're fantastic biodegradable anti-slip no toxins in these mats great for the environment vegan friendly i highly recommend any of these and that's my opinion about these mats but again each to its own see what works for you so i hope you guys enjoy me showing you
