Yin is Your Friend Episode 2 Butterfly Pose Today we are diving right into butterfly pose, which you will see looks similar to cobbler pose in regular yoga. Butterfly is one of my favorite yin yoga poses because it stimulates most of the main meridian lines. This posture mainly targets the hips and spine and can help with lower back pain. It is also one of the most calming and soothing poses I know! In this quick tip video, you will learn several options and alternatives for butterfly.
