This is our outdoor yoga practice to work on the manomaya kosha. This practice focuses on hip and hamstring and lower back opening as these areas can get tight when the mind is busy or we have patterns of fear/worry. Forward bending is a way to calm the mind, slow the thoughts and create greater clarity and focus.
