How to

- Engage your core gently by drawing your belly button towards your spine.
- Lengthen your spine, imagining a string pulling you up from the crown of your head.
- Keep your gaze soft and forward, aligning with your natural horizon.
- Focus on your breath, taking slow, deep inhales and exhales through the nose.
- To exit, lean forward and shift your weight onto your hands, then gently rise back to a kneeling or standing position.
